Hello,
I have a verizon connection-modem/router to main level
of my home and since I have couple of
machines in my basement, I have an additional
router(LinkSyS) hardwired from the Verizon router. Now
my question is...
When i type in the (after verifying I am really
attached to linksys router) admin URL i.e,
192.168.1.1, it is hitting the verizons router and
I am puzzled as to how to manage/administer the
LINKSYS router now, which URL should I use to
hit the LINKSYS router? am i doing something wrong
here?

check you've the right url. for your router mod
no.
Linksys used to use 192.168.2.251 with no username,
and admin as the password for the kit i've used.
