Hi all, hope someone can help - I am having a problem getting internet connection sharing working reliably with winxp home and ad-hoc networking, the 2 devices are using locally assigned IP addresses (in the 192.168.0 range and bridging has been setup twixt the ethernet port and the wifi port on the PC with an adsl connection, but for some reason although the two wireless cards can see and connect to the network (same SSID and WEP settings) I just cannot get reliable pings between them. Has anybody experienced this? should I be looking at investing in an AP or even an AP with a cable modem installed?

If anyone can shed any light I would be most grateful.......
