Is there any hardware/way to have a second wi-fi hotspot connected to my original wi-fi network to boost my signal though my thick walls in my house without laying cables or moving my original access point?

yes definitely

but the signals will not pass the wall...
for that you have to give some space in between the walls for the signals...

what i suggest is to buy an another access point...
and set the mode in the access point as repeater & place the mac address for the access
point you are having with you...
