I have the Belkin F5D7230-4 Version 1112. When it comes on, the Lan Access lights no longer turn off, and the power light doesnt come on. But, the WAN light will come on and blink. It no longer broadcasts WLan, and you can no longer connect on the Rj45 connections.

Please help me any way you can. Thanks for your time.

Hi,

Lan Access lights turned on and not blinking indicates that the devices are connected but there is no activity.
the power light doesnt come on when it is switched on means that there is a problem with the power LED not working.
WAN light will come on and blink indictaes that it is connected to the modem ok and data is being sent over the router and the modem.

The router is not set properly.
Try reseting the router and bring the router setting to factory default settings.
(see the product manual of how to reset).
then start from first.
fisrt get the LAN working and then try WLAN.
check the link below of how to use belkin easy install software on page 15 on how to configure Belkin F5D7230-4 router step by step.
