I am looking at buying a new laptop and want wireless Lan in it. The Toshiba Qosmio i am looking at only says-
''wireless technology:wireless LAN (802.11b/g)''
and a different model says-
''Compliancy: Wi-Fi, network support: 802.11b/g, wireless technology: wireless LAN (802.11 b/g dual-mode integrated network support)''
does this mean therefore that the first model is not Wi-Fi certified and unusable in a uni with a wireless network?

any information would be great
