Mandatory Access Point to designate specific MAC (BSSID)

Thread: Mandatory Access Point to designate specific MAC (BSSID)

I'm in an environment where multiple open networks exist with the same SSID. On my laptop, I can set the Intel ProSet/Wireless software to only connect to a specific MAC address. Thus, I am able to connect to the weaker signal "linksys" SSID that doesn't show up in the list because of all the other available networks under the same SSID.

Unfortunately, my PC has Belkin in it. The Belkin wireless client software does not allow the user to set a mandatory access point. I haven't found a way to get WinXP to either.

Is there any client software out there that will give me more control or allow me to designate which MAC address to connect to? If not is there some hidden setting somewhere in suXP that will allow me to make the change?
