iam using linksys wirelss-G ADSL home gateway router.

my problem is :

my broadband provider is talktalk.they supposed to give 8MB. but every time its diconnecting and at least no 1mbps .totaly disconnected.
They told me to do delete cookies,tempory file but its not work then again they ask speed testing ,but its also not working. what i have to do?
