Hi - my brother is in college and his apartment has a router for their cable modem. Everyone else in his apartment connects fine, and his computer detects the router and connects to it.

And then it disconnects. Re-connects. Disconnects. About every 3 seconds. I'm pretty clueless...has anyone had any experience with a problem like this?
