How does the voucher system work at wifi hotspots with regards to paying for internet access? How do you use the vouchers? Also, if a certain hotspot is a "T-Mobile hotspot", does that mean i can only use a T-Mobile voucher to access the internet there? I'm very confused about the whole thing...
