I am sorry I am a complete novice to this, so apoligise if I am asking a real basic question which is asked every week.....~Anyway

I am trying to set up my belkin f5d7632uk4 to BT broadband, I put in the IP address into the url field. Then when I go to the wizard it will not reconise me I have checked with bt that I have the correct login user name and password....I have tried to clear all cookies, also I have checked that is not blocked by privacy in the internet options... I am beginning pull my hair out as I have tried everything I can think of

The Router lights shows that everthing is connected ok...

Please Please help
