My neice next door just got wireless through her
cable company. She offered me access to it.
I have a PC (XP op. syst.) approximately 50 feet
from her station. What do I need to get
to be able to access her system and what does
she have to do to allow access?

You will need a wireless card for your PC; a
USB one might be sufficient. And she needs to
setup her router to accept a wireless connection
and then share the password with you. The router
manual is probably your best bet.
