How can we test QoS (Quality of service) in wireless Access points.?

How can we test the Best Effort mode in QoS. What all i have need to test QoS. I had heard some tools like SmartFlow, Chariot etc will support QoS testing.

I had chariot but I dont know how to test QoS in it. My wireless Access point supports QoS.

Please give some inputs. Any query regarding QoS are welcome...!!!!!
