Hi there

I have recently bought a new Dell laptop and Netgear wireless router. My broadband speed when connected via wireless is very slow - about 172 kbps download, whilst upload is ok - about 350 kbps. I know the router is ok because my housemate connects to it and his wireless download speed is over 2000 kbps. Have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this and finding it very frustrating! Dell have sent me a new wireless card but i don't know if the existing card is faulty and they won't comment.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!
