Hi,
Recently came across remote access , remote control
and VPN solutions. I found hosted solutions very
effective in particular.
They offer security and are so much easy to use.
I found RemotePC (http://www.ibackup.com/remote_access/)
and Gotomypc (http://www.gotomypc.com) very productive.
Specially RemotePC since it is cost effective also
and they have a free trial version, so you can
test it and then buy it if it suits your
need.
Regards
Hill

I'd urge all to use caution using SOME "free"
remote access services.
Apparently some were identified with privacy
infringement, adware and even viruses.
All what I can say is, to use with caution or
use services from reputable and known companies
with good reviews.

Another great option is Logmein. They have a couple
programs that I use, namely Free (which, duh, is
free) and Rescue, which is a great technical
support program. I love 'em!
