I'm making a strange experience with my laptop.
If I try to login to my webmail site I get an invalid login message invalid userid or password
If I try the same login from my local ethernet connection the same login works perfectly.
Does anyone have an idea?

Could be due to a number of reasons, including:
- You probably have cookies disabled on your laptop and not on the server machine
- You have cookies enabled on the laptop OK and you are still logged in through the central / wi-fi server, it can't be two of you logged in at the same time, logout from one and login from the other
- You are browsing from or from within an IFrame or through proxy somehow
- Your laptop is hiding a Trojan horse / a hacking virus, your site is fighting it, but appears to reject you
- It may just be a cached page or corrupted cookie, nothing to worry about, just force empty your browser cache and delete cookies but before doing so, remember all usernames and passwords that you are used to being filled in automatically probably for years, now you have to fill them again (can you remember them)
- As your webmail is likely to be through a secure connection and through an htaccess login screen, maybe on your laptop you have the login info incorrect, but correct on the server, who knows as all what you see is stars and can't verify
....more reasons I guess

Good luck, comeback and tell for curiosity's sake what it was!

Thanks for your reply.
I'll check all this and be back in a few days.
