Turk Telekom awards tender to NEC Australia to deliver 500,000 xDSL lines



Turk Telekom has awarded NEC Australia 100 per cent of a recent tender for delivery of 500,000 xDSL lines to be deployed throughout Turkey.

-/October 11, 2006 - Wi-Fi Technology News/-Under the contract signed on July 31, NEC will deploy its AM Series Multi-Service Access Node (MSAN/DSLAM) including ATM and IP network interfaces. The full turnkey contract also includes Systems Integration, supply of Broadband Remote Access Servers (BRAS), installation and support services.
