Avaya Unveils "All-In-One" IP Telephony Solution for SMBs in Japan


TOKYO , JAPAN - Avaya Japan Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, president Mark Uno), a subsidiary of Avaya Inc., a leading provider of communications networks to businesses, today announced that the company strengthens its business targeting for small and medium enterprise market in Japan. From Maine to California, Hotspots Give Thousands of Kids Their First-Ever Internet Experience

ARMONK, N.Y. -- June 18, 2003 -- IBM today announced that it has built secure wireless computing environments -- known as Wi Fi -- for more than 600 Boys & Girls Clubs across the United States, providing Internet access for more than 200,000 children.

The contract represents one of IBM's largest deployments of Wi Fi systems to date, with wireless-enabled Clubs located in New York, Chicago, Oakland and other major cities as well as in small towns and rural areas.

From pricing and bundling of services to sharing revenues with roaming and reseller partners, Wi-Fi providers will need the right billing systems in place if they expect to achieve a solid return on investment.

Company Sees Value-Added Services Playing a Key Role in the Success of Wi-Fi Pleasanton, CA, June 11, 2003 - Pronto Networks, a leading provider of carrier-class OSS solutions for large Wi-Fi hot spot networks, today announced that Ansat Communications has selected Pronto's public WLAN infrastructure solution as its core platform for offering wireless, online games to its subscribers. Technology to Benefit Wireless and Broadband Markets Such as Wi-Fi and WWAN

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., May 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Wireless & Broadband Division of Smith Micro Software, Inc.
