Cingular Selling Its Caribbean And Bermuda Operations To Digicel
ATLANTA, -/June 23, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- Cingular Wireless, a joint venture between SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE: SBC) and BellSouth Corp. (NYSE: BLS), announced that it is selling its operations and licenses in the Caribbean and Bermuda to Digicel Limited. The parties have also entered into a roaming agreement that provides favorable roaming rates in each other's markets.

TelePlus Reports 33% Increase in Handset Sales for Q2 to Date
MONTREAL-/June 9, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/-TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: TLPE), a vertically integrated provider of wireless and landline communications products and services across North America announced that its subsidiary TelePlus Retail Services, Inc. (?TelePlus Retail'') reported an increase of 33% in wireless handset sales for the second quarter to date (which includes April and May) this year compared to the same period a year ago. Total number of wireless handset sales reached 5,420 compared to 4,080 handsets for the same period last year.

Verizon Wireless Acquires NextWave's PCS Spectrum Licenses For $3.0 Billion
