(OTCBB: AGSI) announced today that it has closed a $5 million private placement of Aegis common stock. As part of the financing, Aegis issued 5 million shares of its common stock to accredited investors in exchange for $5 million of US Treasury Bonds, which was the first in a series of steps to facilitate a possible listing on the American Stock Exchange(R) (AMEX) for the company's common stock.
