I have a strange problem with two Nokia WLAN interface cards C110 and D211.
Both are acting with same problem to on access point 3Com 8750:
I run 8750 with a shared 128bit WEP key and closed system. Both configured
Nokia NICs are not able to find my WLAN, they show a strange network name
0x00000...
If I modified AP to open system the right network name comes up, but it's
still impossible to access the network. Nokia reports failed to connect to
network . WEP key I checked more than twice.
In a test between Nokia NICs and IBM Laptop T41 on Ad-hoc network
everything works nicely. Even on other NICs I don't have problems to
connect to 3Com 8750.
Is there something I could easily miss while configuring infrastructure
networks on Nokia NICs?
