I am sharing my wireless network with my neighbor and want to make sure he only access to the internet and is not downloading copyrighted material under my ip. My system is set-up as follows:

Cable Internet Broadband Modem (Adelphia)

to

WIRED LINKSYS ROUTER - Setup to 192.168.1.1
-my hard wired compter is on this router
-my second hard wired compter is on this router

to

WIRELESS LINKSYS ROUTER - Setup to a subnet of 192.168.2.1
-my laptop shares this connnection wirelessly ( I don't need any ports
open but internet)
-my neighbor shares this connection wirelessly

Question # 1

How do I filter the ports so that the wireless network can only access the internet? I have tried filtering the ports and it cuts off all connections. How do I only allow the internet ports and nothing else?

Question # 2

How safe are my home compters hard wired to the initial router in relation to access from the second router?

If you can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
