Hi I've recently set up a secured wireless network in my student house and while most can access it in the house, one cannot. She has the same wireless network card as me only with an updated driver, yet she can't connect and I can. She has disabled norton enabling her to detect the network, connected using the network key but then it comes up saying not connected and in order to reconnect she has to disconnect first. It is coming up with this everytime and I have run out ideas of how to try and sort it. Any ideas?

She has disabled norton enabling her to detect the network??????? Should'nt have to.

Use your machine to download AVG free AV to a pen drive.
Uninstall Norton completly from the problem machine and install AVG from the pen drive in its place.
Have another go at connecting to your network.
If it now works decide if you want to have another go with Norton, by carrying out the reverse.
Never have 2 AV's running on 1 machine.
