Hi,
I have a linksys access point router with two small antennas, and i am having problems with reach. I have a laptop w/ built-in wireless card... any ideas as to if new antennas would be a solution for this problem? and if so, which ones i should buy?

It occurs to me to ask if you've checked for other strong signals like from the apartment above you. Download Netstumbler and check out to see if there's interference (other radios on the same channel you've set yours up). If you just powered it up out of the box, then read the instructions on how to change the CHANNEL to either 1 or 11 (from the default 6). Then see if you're range changes for the better.

Linksys AP/routers either work well or they don't. AND A lot don't.
If you don't like the range you're getting take it back to the seller, tell 'em its defective and pick up another one.
