I use MS Outlook for e-mail and whenever I connect I can receive e-mail
fine, but usually cannot send anything. Sometimes I can talk to the access
point provider and reconfigure my outgoing mail server settings and do it,
but sometimes not. Is there any universal outgoing mail setting that would
work for all or most? Any better/less hassle way to do it? I know I could
go to a place like www.mail2web.com and send from there, but I like having
the e-mails come to me and have a record of what I sent.
