I would be obliged for your advice. I wish to set up a company that would
provide wifi for a number of communities I have in mind in the UK. Please
could you provide some advice of how I would do this, what hardware I would
need, ball-park costs to be expected, and with whom i would need agreements
to get access to ISPs.
I hope to provide a pay as you go service where persons would be asked to
provide their credit card details before online before they obtain access -
is this possible or would I need to go down the route of vouchers.
