You can do anything if you don’t have money. Cash is so important because you can’t build wealth, invest and start business. Also you can not pay your rent, or your employees if there is no cash. Fred Wilson said:

Below, I want to highlight my four reasons why I believe that cash is king, yet:

We can establish how much are spending - The danger for our finances, it’s not spending on the phone that make the difference, but other things as how much you are spending for the lunch and coffee every day. You don’t need - You don’t need server space, and security certificate, PayPal  manages all of these things for you.

Hacked - You lessen the risk of having your credit card hacked. This because you use your credit card and PayPal account togheter.

Easier to get refunds when scammed - PayPal is famous for a feature that works to your advantage in case you did not receive the product your paid for, or you were scammed. All you have to do is a complaint in PayPal and provide the details of the transaction. After a few days your funds will be credited back to your account. Most of credit card companies, do not offer this service or even if they do, it might take days, weeks, or months before you can get your funds back.

PayPal Cons

Credit card and PayPal account work togheter - Without credit card, no PayPal account. PayPal don’t  allows to open an account with them if you don’t provides your credit card details.

More charges - You pay more when you use your PayPal account to purchase online, especially if the product you are purchasing is priced in a different currency.

Conclusion

Though it may be seemed like a long post, it’s just the tip of the iceberg about the actual capacity of PayPal. From my own experience I prefer to pay more with PayPal than the credit card because is more speedy and secure system. My story illustrates that most of my first projects took a lot of my time and has been lost money.
