Product Review Summary: slow but easy installation This wireless card was very easy to install on my older windows xp laptop. however, the signal strength was pretty weak making the connection slower than expected.

The product was good, but we realized after we purchased it that it wasn't what we needed, since we found out that the problem was inside the computer, not the item that we purchased. We had someone check the new item on their computer and it worked fine, but now we have to fix the computer. We didn't know if we could return the product but would like to know. Product Review Summary: Nothing great about it I find that I have to constantly uninstall and re-install this as it stops functioning frequently after turning off the comp. I do not know if others are also facing the problem or this is a defective piece. I can definitely work wireless option with it once functioning but take care of the extra time you need for the installation every time.
