Product Review Summary: Wireless adapter I bought this product for Xbox 360. It worked maginally well for X box 360 however it had significant lag time which interfered with play. Of note it is intended for X box and not X box 360. Being of the non tech parental type I was not aware of this. I will be returning this product.
Product Review Summary: Wrong One Ordered I don't know how I missed it, but the adaptor was for the xbox not xbox 360. While Shoko at World Wide Sales was very helpful, I don't know how I missed buying the wrong one. Shoko sent me a link to update the adaptor to the 360 but that didn't work. They're letting me return it and purchase the xbox 360 adaptor,which cost $50 more. Oh well.
Product Review Summary: Nice wireless bridge I bought this for my brother's Xbox 360 for Christmas and was pretty pleased with it. The initial configuration was a little tough and it can't use WPA encryption. By the end of the setup, though, I had it working with a standard Xbox, an Xbox 360, and his older desktop computer. I believe it will work with practically any device with an ethernet port once configured. A good value.
Product Review Summary: RAISED THE PRICE ONCE IT BECAME KNOWN THAT IT WORKS WITH THE 360 Well That about sums it up. I got mine for 39.99 when I had an original Xbox. Once I upgraded to the 360 I went ahead and tried it out. And it worked. I really think this is a good item because you can set it closer to your wireless router and run an ethernet cable right to the back of your Xbox or Xbox 360. But the price really makes me ticked off.
Product Review Summary: Not perfect, but gets the job done. I bought this to use with my 360 (you have to set it up using an Xbox, so be warned, if you don't have the original Xbox, do not get this for the 360). It works and works fairly well. It's a bit slow, but I don't game online with the 360 as much as I use Xbox Live for downloads and whatnot, so I'm not needing anything all that fast. This is probably not the best product if you're looking to bump up your multiplayer gamerscore on Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, but it'll do fine if you want to merely download a tv show or the occasional demo.
