Users Product Reviews:

Product Review Summary: Flawless

The title of my review says it all. No issues, incredibly easy to setup; a great value.

Product Review Summary: Nice replacement for SB4100

A nice replacement for my SB 4100 that was fried in a power surge. Not fancy, just does what it is supposed to do. Easy to set up if you've set one up before. If you're a Comcast customer you do need to call them so they can put the modem in your profile, but it was a quick and easy call. If you don't do that it won't work.

Product Review Summary: Cable Modem

My cable company charges $5 a month to rent a modem, so at $58.98 this was a very good buy

Product Review Summary: A great little modem

I got it in the mail, plugged it in to the wall outlet and the coax cable, (to replace my rented comcast modem) called the cable company, read them the serial #, reset it and started surfin' the web. it's been workin' ever since. Seems to be a great little modem and pretty much idiot proof.

Product Review Summary: A no brainer

Most cable companies will rent you a device for abut $5. If you plan on having cable internet for more than a year than you should buy this one yourself. In one years time you will recoup the cost, plus if you choose to get rid of your cable internet you can sell this device and get some money back.

The instillation was as easy as plugging in 3 cords, Ethernet, cable and power. Reliability is through the roof. I never have to power down the device due to connectivity issues and the few problems I have had have been ISP based.

In addition the device is smaller than I expected so it doesn't take up much room.

For cable internet customers this really is a no brainer.
