Product Review Summary: Fast. Easy. Online. What's more to say about a product that works? I ordered two for my tenants so they can use the wireless network instead of running ethernet cable all around the house. Both were older machines running Windows XP. Installation was a breeze and both computers were online on within 10 minutes. Modem/router located in a downstairs bedroom. Upstairs computer gets a strong signal and the downstairs computer gets a stronger signal with speeds that rival a computer hard lined to the router. If there was one thing I could change about this product, it would be the pigtail on the antennae. There's barely enough slack for the antennae to sit on top of the tower. Good product.

Product Review Summary: Where's the connectivity?? I ordered this thinking it would be simple to plug it in and go. I'm above average on wireless network setup, and this thing disconnects whenever it wants to. I've got three computers on my network: one wired desktop, one wireless laptop, and a desktop which is supposed to be wireless now that I have this product. Except that it cuts off all the time, and sometimes spends hours "acquiring network address" even after several dozen restarts a day. I thought I could fix it by giving it a static IP address within the router's range, and this fixed it GREAT for two days. Then it went back to the same old story - connection up, connection down, up, down, and then NOTHING. When it's on, it works great. But that is so seldom now that I'm ready to burn the darn thing. I'm going to try and find a number to customer support (no luck so far) and see how many times I'll have to explain the same problem to several people before they run me through the usual questions like, "Is your computer plugged in?"
I'll update if there's a fix. Otherwise, do NOT buy this.
UPDATE: After locating the original packing, there was neither a U.S. phone number nor a website listing any type of support. The only phone number I could locate was for Frankfurt, Germany. I even went to their website (after much searching) and was STILL unable to get any type of contact information.
Again, do NOT purchase this product if you want trouble-free wireless networking.
Product Review Summary: The Reviews are Right - Great Wireless Card This card dropped right into my system and was configured by Windows XP without the need for the driver disc. I was up and running in a few minutes after pulling it out of the box. It connects reliably and appears to be fast enough to watch YouTube videos without drop outs. The price can't be beat. I also have an MSI motherboard. I had never heard of MSI before these two purchases but I'm finding that they produce quality products at reasonable prices.
