III.Purpose
WiMax is the newest major wireless communication technology which is
promoted by Intel. It is also called the “Forth Generation (4G) of the WIFI
technology.
Nowadays, the WiMax industry is developing very fast which helps the
population and advancement of high tech products and digital products. In
the wireless world, thought designing the wireless antennas or adding other
requirements, we can increase the wireless signal. And then, we can improve
the coverage and the competitive strength.
IV.Registration Date – From July 31, 2006 to August 31, 2006
Please submit your application by mail. Also, we do not accept the
registration before July 31, 2006 or after August 31, 2006.
V.Qualification
1.Legal lving in the USA, Canada, and Mexico
2.Non-related Industrial employees
3.Non-related major’s teachers or professors
4.Amateurs are also welcome
No Entrance fee is needed. If you are interested in designing antennas,
please join us.
VI.Registration
Please visit our website at www.wifi-link.com and click the “FORUM” on the
top. Then, leave a message which subject is “WiMax IEEE802.16 3.5GHz
Antenna Design Contest.” Also, do not forget to leave your contact
information to us. We will e-mail you the application form and the
necessary documents.
VII.Deadline – From September 29, 2006 to November 15, 2006
Please submit your antenna to WIFI-LINK Technologies INC. Please pack your
works carefully to avoid some damages which are caused during the shipping.
In addition, we will not return any works.
IX.Prizes
First Prize – USD 10,000
Second Prize – USD 3,000
Third Prize – USD 1,000
