I have WinXP Pro sp2 Installed.
MY desktop is hard-wired to to the router.
I can access the internet.
I have a laptop (WinXP Pro sp2)
I can acces the internet from the laptop.
How do I get these two computers to file share?

Are both desktop and laptop hard-wired to the router for internet?
or even if your desktop is hardwired and lapttop is wireless connection to router

then right click on the folder or file select file sharing,then select the option with the required permissions.
