hi all,
i have been trying to access my bt home hub to change the listening port settings as it appears to be blocked but when i put in the username and password that is factory set , it will not recognise them. They are- username admin and password admin or the serial no of the hub.
Is there any other way of resetting the hub or accessing the advanced settings
many thanks

Never been near a home hub I’m afraid. However, googled the problem for you, and came up with a few common serial no related issues.

Make sure you are using exactly the same case settings for letters.
Don’t input the digits in brackets at the end.
0’s are stroked through, o’s are not.
Be careful with u’s and v’s, apparently they’re very similar.

If you manage to get sorted here's the link.
