I usually use my ethernet cable when in the dorm room to connect to the
internet and usually am connected at around 100 mbps. However, I really
wanted to use my wireless router (Netgear MR314) to connect to the
internet. I just plugged the ethernet cable into the router under the
internet spot (besides plugging straight into my computer from the
jack)

When i plug into the router, I only am connected around 11 mbps. IS there
anything i can do to achieve the speed of my first setup?
