Newbie here, so go easy.

I have two laptops sharing an internet connection wirelessly through a Belkin cable router. I have an external hd attached to one of the laptops and want the other one to be able to access it wirelessly -- using the hd as a kind of home server for backing up, iTunes, etc.

However, I don't know how to even start connecting them. Help appreciated!
