INDIANAPOLIS and ISTANBUL, Turkey, May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ITD has signed a master distributor agreement that enables it to offer Interactive Intelligence Inc.'s (NASDAQ:ININ) software for IP telephony, contact center automation and unified communications to resellers throughout Turkey, Poland, Romania, Greece, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the Middle East.

ITD first entered into a reseller agreement with Interactive Intelligence in 2000 so it could offer end-user customers interaction management solutions, in addition to its voice, payment and e-business services, according to Hatice Ayas, vice president of new business development for ITD.
