PanGo Networks Announces two key additions to its management team

Market Leader Continues to Build Momentum in Wireless Systems and Applications Segment

Framingham, MA and Baltimore, MD, -/June 08, 2004 The Wi-Fi Technology Forum/- PanGo Networks, Inc., today announced two key additions to its management team. Richard Barnwell joins the company as Chief Technology Officer and Mike Braatz has been named Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development. PanGo's technology allows businesses to leverage investments in WLAN infrastructure with easy-to-deploy systems for asset tracking and location aware information delivery to mobile professionals.
PanGo pioneered location based systems for WLANs in 1999 and continues to lead the market with a patent-protected systems approach. The company's technology is targeted at improving critical business processes such as asset tracking, intelligent workflow and information management.

"PanGo possesses leading technology, great industry alliances and a superior business model. The missing ingredient for us was a team, and we've taken a giant step forward with the addition of Richard and Mike," said company CEO Michael Campbell. "I've known and watched Richard for almost four years - he's both brilliant and practical. His experience in wireless systems and enterprise applications is unparalled in this market. Mike is a proven entrepreneur with the perfect mix of grit, spirit and smarts. At Optiant, he and his team addressed the same challenges and decisions facing PanGo. I can't imagine better partners for the team as the demand for our systems grows rapidly in the coming year."

Richard Barnwell has more than 17 years experience working for enterprise software and services companies in North America and Europe and most recently was at Axeda Systems, an enterprise software and services company.
As CTO, Barnwell led the creation of the Wireless and Mobility Practice at ZEFER, an eBusiness consulting company.

Mike Braatz brings a distinguished and diverse background in marketing and business development to his new role at PanGo. As co-founder and Vice President of Business Development for Optiant, a provider of supply chain design and optimization solutions, Braatz was instrumental in developing the go to market strategy, identifying and securing early customer and partner wins. Prior to Optiant Mike was a consultant at Bain & Company and also spent five years with the U.S. Air Force, where he attained the rank of Captain and was decorated for outstanding performance.
