Visibility at Technology Innovation Fair Leads Directly to Presentation at EDS' Customer Site

SANTA BARBARA, Calif -/June 25, 2004 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- ROAMING MESSENGER (OTCBB:RMSG) reported that earlier this month, the company was invited to participate in the Electronic Data System (EDS) Technology Innovation Fair, at EDS offices outside of Washington, D.C.
One of only four companies invited to the EDS Technology Innovation Fair in early June, the company demonstrated its core messaging technology to program managers in the homeland defense, military and enterprise consulting divisions of EDS.

EDS is a provider of IT (information technology) and business process outsourcing services. It has delivered infrastructure, application and business process outsourcing services to clients in the manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, communications, energy, transportation, consumer and retail industries, as well as to governments around the world.

As a result of participating in the Technology Innovation Fair, ROAMING MESSENGER has been asked to present in concert with EDS as the messaging component of a homeland security solution that EDS is implementing for a large municipality in the western United States. This municipality is part of a group of urban cities that have received funding directly from the Department of Homeland Security to implement technology-driven solutions for emergency preparedness and public safety.

Jon Lei, ROAMING MESSENGER's CEO, said: "ROAMING MESSENGER is an ideal messaging component for system integrators such as EDS. We certainly appreciate the opportunity to participate in the Tech Innovation Fair. It was our performance there and the unique capabilities of our product that landed us an invitation to the EDS customer site so quickly. These early steps into the `big leagues' are a validation of our business development strategy to date, and gives us confidence that we are continuing to move in the correct direction."
