CareDecision Receives Purchase Order Doubling Initial Roll-Out of ResidenceWare Units in Midwest
Wi-Fi Transactional Access to Internet and Electronic Services Key to New Deal Encompassing up to an Additional 2000 Units
NEW YORK, May 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CareDecision Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: CDED) today announced that it has accepted a second purchase under its previously announced signed Agreement with associated hotels located in the northern midwest for the purchase and installation of its proprietary ResidenceWare Guest multi-unit messaging management system. This additional purchase, which has been entered by a chain of hotels led by Economy Motor Hotels, Inc., stipulates the immediate delivery of 265 ResidenceWare Guest unit systems.
At full implementation, this new purchase order could encompass the installation of an additional 2000 units at over 35 hotel locations across the term of the Agreement. ResidenceWare Guest provides hotel owner/operators with a value-added array of features that enhance the quality of the services furnished to their guests. ResidenceWare will also represent a tangential source of continued revenue through local advertising fees, transaction fees, and rental Internet connections through high speed Wi-Fi networks. Robert Cox, CEO of CareDecision Corp. commented, "This second purchase of ResidenceWare Guest in rapid succession accurately reflects the intensity of interest surrounding its release. ResidenceWare introduces to hotel ownership a multitude of feature rich technological options, in each hotel room, that will empower their guests with the electronic latitude to choose from a broad menu of services, from high-speed Wi-Fi access to the Internet, to local services and deliveries via the Wi-Fi wired network connections. Each unit installed will also return to CareDecision a continuous revenue stream through both local merchant advertising, as well as transactional revenues derived from system utilization and Internet access." ResidenceWare Guest is the latest addition to CareDecision's innovative portfolio of technology products that furnish electronic connectivity solutions, cooperative advertising and electronic transactions across multiple markets. Priced at $500.00 per unit, ResidenceWare was originally designed to meet the communication needs between rental residents and management, ResidenceWare Guest is the result of a technological product refinement that transitioned and tailored the product to meet the specific requirements of the hotel and motel industry. Mr. Cox continued, "The company responded to a clear and vocal demand in the creation of ResidenceWare Guest. Several weeks ago we announced our market and product inauguration through the execution of our first agreement. The filing of that release incited a flurry of interest from within that industry. We believe that the launch of ResidenceWare Guest will be viewed as a seminal event in the development and progression of CareDecision. And I anticipate that we will be shortly communicating to our shareholders additional information regarding our successful progression with our line of ResidenceWare products."
