Second Telsis Switch Puts Massxess Growth Into Overdrive

Second Telsis Switch Puts Massxess Growth Into Overdrive

-/June 29, 2004 - Wi-Fi Technology News/-Massxess, an innovative Dutch provider of interactive voice response (IVR) services, has deployed a second Telsis Ocean fastSSP switch to help meet growing traffic volumes from Euro 2004 and other high-profile events. The new switch is behind a major drive by the service provider into the broadcast and media sector.

Massxess quickly carved a market niche by exploiting the flexibility and programmability of its first Telsis switch to deliver the flagship product ?IVR Manager?. This enables corporate and government clients to very quickly deploy and change their own interactive services remotely, as well as benefit from intelligent routing services.

Now equipped with a second Telsis fastSSP, the Dutch company is taking its compelling offering to radio, TV and print media. Among its first contracts is the hosting of a premium-rate football quiz backed by TV advertising during Euro 2004.

"Our first Telsis switch has proved to be very robust and easy to programme and has been a key element in our ability to deliver a very different style of service," explains Massxess?s manager Bob van Dam. "It?s been an easy decision to deploy a second Telsis switch to support our offering for the media sector. We?re expecting rapidly growing volumes of traffic to the football quiz as Euro 2004 reaches its climax and you?ll see us launch even more exciting services in the near future."

With its headquarters, research and production site in the UK, Telsis (http://www.telsis.com) has sales and support operations in France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Singapore and Australia. The company offers a range of carrier-grade infrastructure platforms including intelligent SMS Routers, IN service control points, switches and advanced IVR solutions that support a wide variety of innovative value-added text and voice services. Telsis products are in use with major fixed and mobile network operators around the world.
