Broadband Central Kicks Off Reseller Program For the
Nationwide Rollout of Its Blue Zone Program Delivering Affordable,
High-Speed Wireless Internet Access to Residential Customers


DRAPER, Utah - May 29, 2003 -Broadband Central today launched a reseller program designed to support and augment the nationwide rollout of its affordable high-speed wireless Internet services targeting residential customers.

As the largest wireless Internet service provider (WISP) in the state of Utah, Broadband Central will use its reseller program to expand its affordable, high-speed Internet services nationally. The immediate focus of its reseller program is the eight Western states that have been targeted by the company in the first phase of its national rollout plan: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

Broadband Central has already recruited 12 resellers throughout the United States. Resellers are required to purchase one Blue Zone at cost to participate in the program, and must have an existing infrastructure to support the deployment of Broadband Central services, including their own installers.

"I receive an average of 15 requests per week for information on becoming a reseller," said Darin Smith, director of channel sales for Broadband Central. "The reseller program uses a unique business model and has generated a lot of interest about our company. It's all from word of mouth. We have done no advertising thus far to promote our services or the reseller program."

Resellers are responsible for recruiting Blue Zone sponsors, co-sponsors and support end-user customers for each Blue Zone (a one-mile diameter exclusive coverage area). Resellers receive a commission for every Blue Zone they "sell" to a sponsor and a monthly recurring revenue sharing commission for every subscriber who signs up for service within that coverage area.

"By becoming a Broadband Central reseller, we receive a continual stream of revenue from the subscribers in our Blue Zones," said Jerry Marks, president of CJF Communications, LLC, a Broadband Central reseller based in Salt Lake City. "We construct the groundwork for Broadband's Blue Zone services, then Broadband Central takes over from there, while we continue to reap the benefits."

Individuals within each Blue Zone can sign up with Broadband Central for month-to-month Internet access packages starting as low as $19.95 per month for synchronous connectivity at 128 Kilobits per second (Kbps). At more than ten times the speed of the fastest dialup connections, this is comparable to the speeds of ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network), but is dramatically lower in cost than ISDN accounts.

For $29.95 per month, subscribers can double their connection speed to 256Kbps, comparable to DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) speeds. At $39.95 per month, a subscriber can get cable modem speeds of 512Kbps, while a $59.95 per month subscription will allow residential connection speeds of between 512Kbps and up to 1 Megabit per second or more.
