Scientific-Atlanta?s Bob McIntyre to Provide Luncheon Keynote at Fall Focus: On Demand Digital Entertainment
Dallas, TX -/20 September, 2004 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- Bob McIntyre, corporate senior vice president & chief technical officer for Scientific-Atlanta, will deliver the luncheon keynote, A New Way of Looking at Media Convergence in the Home, at Fall Focus: On-Demand Digital Entertainment on November 11, 2004.
Mr. McIntyre will speak at 12:00 p.m. and will focus on the new opportunities for service providers created through the convergence of advanced applications and technologies such as high-speed connections, media storage, and user interfaces.
Fall Focus, an executive seminar hosted by Parks Associates, will take place November 10-12, 2004, at the Loews Coronado Resort in San Diego, CA. This executive seminar will examine the strategies, challenges, and technologies for on-demand digital entertainment. According to Parks Associates, there will be eight million music-on-demand subscribers by 2007, generating over $900 million in revenue per year.
