D-Link Announce VPN Interoperability Certification For Security Products
D-LINK?S SECURITY PRODUCTS PASS VPN INTEROPERABILITY TESTING
London-/26 Oct, 2004 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- D-Link today announced the VPN interoperability certification for its security products, awarded by the Virtual Private Network Consortium (VPNC). The D-Link range of security products has passed the VPNC interoperability test that ensures compatibility with other VPN products in the market.
VPNC, a non-profit organisation, offers two certifications; the Basic Interoperability Test ensures that the IPsec systems are generally interoperable with other IPsec systems. The AES Interoperability Test ensures IPsec systems are generally interoperable with other IPsec systems when using the new AES encryption algorithm.
D-Link (Europe) Ltd seeks to ensure the highest standards for its products, and the interoperability with other industry related products is an important element of its service offering.
