ROAMING MESSENGER Delivers Smart Mobile Messaging with New Sales Partner

ROAMING MESSENGER Delivers Smart Mobile Messaging with New Sales Partner

Further Validation of Channel Partner Sales Strategy

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., -/9 Nov, 2004 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- ROAMING MESSENGER(TM) (OTCBB: RMSG) today announced that Starnet Data Design Inc., one of ROAMING MESSENGER's channel sales partners, has recently designed and marketed a customer service application that uses ROAMING MESSENGER to deliver smart mobile messaging.

Starnet Data Design is a provider of data communication and network solutions to various industries for over 18 years. Working with hundreds of clients, they have engineered highly creative custom IT solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, including the insurance, education and local government markets.

Working with ROAMING MESSENGER, Starnet has developed an integrated solution that extends and enhances the off-site notification functionality of the 3COM(TM) NBX (Voice-over-IP phone system) to effectively reach mobile users for customer service related issues.

Starnet's customers can purchase this solution as an add-on to an existing phone system or as part of a new one. By utilizing ROAMING MESSENGER technology to extend the function onto mobile devices, the application improves customer service workflow automation, decreases response times, increases accountability and creates an overall improvement in meeting contractual service level agreements.

"We are seeing many new uses for ROAMING MESSENGER technology among our existing client base," said Steve Marks, Starnet's President. "Once we presented the ROAMING MESSENGER solution to the customer, they immediately saw the value of the technology. ROAMING MESSENGER technology gives us a distinct advantage over our competitors, and provides our customers with tremendous capabilities and improved competitiveness in their own market niches."

"We are extremely enthused to be at the beginning of our sales partnership with ROAMING MESSENGER. We look forward to deploying ROAMING MESSENGER technology in a multitude of our customer's solutions," continued Mr. Marks. "We view the addition of this technology to our solutions as a contributor to our future growth," said Mr. Marks.

"The use of and the identification of the need for ROAMING MESSENGER technology by Starnet is another validation of our Channel Partner Sales strategy," said Jon Lei, ROAMING MESSENGER's CEO. "We believe that the initial success we have had with Starnet can be multiplied and replicated with other VARs that are seeking ways to increase top-line growth by delivering additional value to their customers," finished Mr. Lei.

    About ROAMING MESSENGER

ROAMING MESSENGER is the provider of a breakthrough interactive messaging solution that allows corporations and government agencies to deliver critical information in a more secure and effective manner. The company, based in Santa Barbara, California, has developed a proprietary technology that enables messages to automatically roam across wired and wireless devices, tracking down people and escalating through chains of command to deliver information as needed -- text, voice, GIS data, photos and documents. The product addresses two key concerns in wireless messaging -- interoperability across devices and end-to-end government grade security. ROAMING MESSENGER can be easily integrated with existing solutions. It delivers powerful capabilities to any application that requires real-time information to be communicated and acted upon in a highly secure manner, such as homeland security, emergency response, automation and control, enterprise messaging and supply chain management. http://www.roamingmessenger.com
