Wireless Provider TelePlus Q1 Results Show Strong Performance
TelePlus Reports Preliminary Q1 Revenues of U.S. $2.96 Million, 24% Gain Over Last Year
MONTREAL, -/29 April, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology Forum/- TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: TLPE), a vertically integrated provider of wireless and landline communications products and services across North America announced that first quarter results indicate revenues of USD $2.96 million, representing a 24% increase over the same period last year in which the Company reported revenues of USD $2.4 million.
?Our first quarter results reflect a continued strong performance from our operations,'' stated company CEO Marius Silvasan. ?We are further pleased that these results were achieved without the impact of the Keda and Freedom acquisitions. These acquisitions will impact the results in the next quarter.''
