Danger, Inc. Announces Availability of T-Mobile? Sidekick? II in Germany
Danger?s third product launch with a European wireless operator in the last month
-/June 2, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- Danger, Inc. announced that T-Mobile Germany made the eagerly anticipated T-Mobile? Sidekick? II available in Germany earlier yesterday. The popular mobile Internet handset developed by Danger Inc and manufactured by Sharp Corporation will be available for 99.95? ($125.50 USD) with a service contract.
For only 15? ($18.84 USD) a month, users will get unlimited data use when combined with any of T-Mobile?s voice plans. And as a special offer, the monthly data charge will be waived for the month of June for new T-Mobile Sidekick II customers.

Danger?s hiptop wireless solution is the software and services infrastructure that powers the T-Mobile Sidekick II and delivers a superior mobile Internet experience to end users. This thin client/server system manages the secure transmission of data between the network and the device, speeds Web-page downloads, opens files in email automatically, and delivers a set of tightly coupled applications that operate simultaneously. Features include a mobile phone, push email, instant messaging, HTML Web browser, text-messaging, calendar, address book, an integrated digital camera and a catalog with downloadable applications and content. In addition, each user receives access to a Web-based, online account to manage all of his or her data from a desktop computer.
