Destiny to provide UK business customers with digital pen and paper capabilities, and launch ASP services in South Africa and Australia
London, UK -/June 6, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- Destiny today announced its role as a solutions provider for the HP Forms Automation System (FAS), an innovative digital pen and paper (DP&P) solution that can deliver significant cost savings through the integration of digital pen technology, workflow processing and print-on-demand digital paper.
As an HP Solution Provider, Destiny will provide UK business customers with a broad range of DP&P capabilities to support the HP FAS implementation ? from initial consultancy and application design and development to ongoing forms design, printing and digital pen product supply. Destiny is also a global partner and Country Agent for Anoto DP&P technology in the UK, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Under the solution agreement, Destiny will offer the UK?s first HP FAS service provider capability for UK business customers, providing them with the choice of either investing in their own HP FAS solution, or selecting Destiny to manage their server-based HP FAS application for them. Destiny will initially target the financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical and government markets, and will work closely with organisations in these markets to identify how DP&P technology can add value within their business operations.
?With its powerful combination of HP print and workflow expertise, Bluetooth-based digital pen technology and Anoto?s unique digital paper, the HP FAS provides a comprehensive platform for organisations looking to streamline their existing workflow and document processing systems at a low cost,? said Destiny?s Group CEO, Edward Belgeonne. ?Adding HP?s FAS solution to our portfolio ensures that Destiny continues to support a broad range of customer requirements by offering the market a comprehensive suite of Anoto Functionality solutions.?
