Cambridge, -/September 6, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- ip.access ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of TTP Communications Plc (LSE:TTC), today announces that it has signed a partnership with Imtech Telecom BV to accelerate the rollout of its nanoGSM? system for enhanced GSM coverage and capacity.
Building on the successful introduction of nanoGSM into Dutch operator Telfort?s mobile network, ip.access and Imtech are focused on increasing the nanoGSM? footprint with other operators in the Netherlands.
nanoGSM? provides improved GSM in-building coverage and extended capacity to corporate offices and campus locations. The solution uses nanoBTS? base stations and DSLs to backhaul the traffic over IP, providing a simple and cost-efficient service to SMEs (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises).
