Parks Associates Announces Preliminary Line-up of Speakers for Fall Focus




FALL FOCUS: MAKING MEDIA MEANINGFUL FEATURES LEADING EXECUTIVES EXAMINING THE CHANGING LANDSCAPE FOR DIGITAL CONTENT

Parks Associates' recent consumer research shows that a relatively large percentage of consumers are interested in enjoying music, video, and TV content on their mobile phones and also reveals that consumers are warming up to emerging television services:

·10% of Internet users in the U.S. are interested in the ability to view pre-recorded video, video clips, or live TV on their mobile phones.

·11% percent of Internet users in the U.S. are interested in the ability to download and play music files or listen to radio stations through their mobile phones.

·46% of U.S. Internet consumers aged 13 and older are comfortable with viewer tracking and targeted advertising services if offered in conjunction with ad-skipping capabilities.

·27% of all U.S. households are interested in interactive services such as voting on game shows, targeted advertising, representing a lucrative early market for IPTV services and applications.
