    WiSIDE Telecom is the Latest European Wi-Fi HotSpot Operator to Join the Boingo? Roaming System

    SANTA MONICA, Calif. -/September 15, 2005 - Wi-Fi Technology News/- Boingo Wireless today announced a roaming agreement with WiSIDE Telecom, giving Boingo? Roaming System subscribers access tomore than 24 hotspot locations throughout northern Spain.

    WiSIDE, of Bilbao, Spain, is a leading Spanish wireless Internet access provider to popular business and tourist locations including hotels, resorts, schools and universities and marinas. The addition of WiSIDE?s network gives Boingo users access to nearly 130 hotspots throughout the country.

    ?The Basque region of northern Spain is a strategic extension of our serving area because it includes a large, industrial part of the country and is a sophisticated travel destination as well,? said Colby Goff, Boingo senior vice president of network strategy. ?Our core business traveler customers will benefit dramatically from the convenience of these additional locations.?

    Boingo's European network includes 23 countries totaling more than 12,100 hotspots under contract. The company is the leading Wi-Fi integrator with a network of more than 22,000 Wi-Fi hotspots worldwide.

    Boingo gives business travelers the best choice of Wi-Fi hot spots by combining the locations of 100 leading hotspot operators into one worldwide network, and allowing the user to roam onto any of these locations with a single subscription using Boingo's free Wi-Fi client software.

    Boingo also partners with service providers to allow their users to access these hot spots through its Boingo Platform Services program. The program also provides partners with a full suite of back-office billing, roaming, mediation and clearinghouse services to allow them to offer their own Wi-Fi service quickly and cost effectively. To date, the company has announced Platform Services partnerships with BT Infonet, Earthlink, Fiberlink, Nextel Communications, MCI, and Telecom Italia.
